Twice as Bright owner Tonia Scarlett takes pride in offering a selection of quality clothing for children to adults in her Wood Avenue shop.

The racks are filled with everything from tiny outfits for toddlers to shorts and sneakers for young adults to designer tops. Sizes offered range from 2T to extra-large adult. There are also accessories like purses.
