Medical device manufacturer Integra LifeSciences agreed to lease a 110,000-square-foot portion of an industrial building at Cabot Business Park in Mansfield, Mass., according to The Sun Chronicle. Nearly 200 employees at Integra’s Raynham, Mass. site will relocate to Mansfield.

Here are four things to know:

1. The Mansfield location will include offices, a clean room and research and development space in addition to manufacturing facilities. The site will be involved in making several neurosurgery products including perforators, cotton patties, intracranial pressure sensor kits and forceps.
