The Inspector of Buildings/Zoning enforcement officer and his staff are responsible for providing the highest level of service to protect and support residents and business thorough the enforcement of the State Building code and the Town Of Mansfield general and zoning bylaws. We perform plan review for building permits, issue zoning determination letters and issue Certificate of Occupancy’s. We are heavily involved in pre-site plan department head meetings to assure the applicants are aware of what each department needs, so that each project can be completed as smoothly as possible.
