Barry has held the position of Mansfield’s Assistant Town Manager/Finance Director since February of 2020. As the ATM/FD, he oversees the creation and implementation of the Town’s Annual Operating Budgets and Capital Improvement Plan. Prior to joining Mansfield’s team, he was the Director of Budget and Administration for the City of Attleboro for 12 years. In addition, Barry is an attorney and has also held the position as an elected official (Attleboro City Councilor) and as an appointed municipal board member (Attleboro Planning Board and Municipal Building Commission). Barry and his wife Michelle enjoy hiking, biking & kayaking, and they have two children, Jordan and Evan.
